Concept Photography

Dan Chapman began his career working freelance in Film and Television production and photography. During this time he worked in a variety of roles such as editing, production and writing before focusing on photography.

Since that time he has furthered his photographic ability through a variety of projects, such as weddings, portraits, band photography and corporate PR.

He enjoys anything where he can bring a strong visual interpretation to the subject and draws on many different sources for his inspiration. Sourcing photographers and film-makers through to artists, writers, musicians, philosophers and even psychologists to bring a unique slant to the concept in production. He likes to approach every job with a fresh perspective of his subject, a laid back attitude and a sense of humour.

In 2006 he formed the company Concept Photography in Eastbourne's Enterprise Centre. He currently works from his home in Old Town, Eastbourne.
